AceClamp™
Precision Molding Company, Inc.'s ACECLAMP™ was designed to provide a non-penetrating solution for attaching accessories to standing seam roofs. The ACECLAMP™ can be used to attach solar panels, HVAC ductwork and units, conduits and piping, mounting and bracing for signs, and satellite dishes, to name just a few examples.
The ACECLAMP™ is easy to install:
- All screws are on top - no side mounting
- Top mounting holes can be customized to fit your application
- Two-piece design allows installation at any point on the seam
- Customizable to fit many roof seam designs
The ACECLAMP™ grips securely across the seam without penetrating the roof system.
Tightening the screws draws the tapered insert upward, clamping securely across the seam. Actual holding force will vary depending on your seam design. Contact our engineers to get load values tested for your roof system at no charge.
The ACECLAMP™ can be supplied powder-coated to match your roof with your logo or trademark laser-etched for an additional charge.
